The best food needed for Body Building is grass fed beef. Beef is higher in nutrients and antioxidants. Grass-fed beef has anti- inflammation benefits.  The best vegetables for body builders are broccoli, edamame, spinach and peas.

There are many diets for body builders. Don’t be disillusioned, there is a healthy weight lifting diet. You must determine what is the best diet for your body type. Your diet needs to be in conjunction with your weight lifting training.

You will need to take vitamins and some minerals to keep your body in shape. Vitamin B: supports heart health and cholesterol. Vitamin K: can prevent stroke and helps your blood to clot. Vitamin C: functions as an antioxidant and reparation of tissues. Vitamin A: can be found in many fruits and vegetables also it can be found in eggs, meat and fish. Eat a lot of steamed vegetables. Legumes are the best food for helping build body muscle.
